Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Approved items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions to ship your order back to our California

Return Shipping
For customer remorse (change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective products: Sampan Shipping covers the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Processing times vary by bank, but most refunds appear within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
